Initiate Your Return
Log into your ShopHQ account, visit your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return as it reaches our warehouse.
